Jesús Turró, who ran as a candidate for the presidency of the Federació Catalana de Vela, elections held last September 1, announced the challenge of the elections to the Electoral Board and the Tribunal Català de l'Esport and a criminal complaint "against the president, the vice president and the manager of the FCV," according to a note sent from the office of the candidacy of Turró; thus the proclamation of Xavier Torres as president and his board of directors for the next four years and which is scheduled for September 9, with this new situation in the air.

The candidates had three working days to submit allegations to the Electoral Board, and this is what Jesus Turró has done, which now opens a new scenario. The report focuses, according to the reported information, on "in addition to the eleven clubs that withdrew from the electoral census, there were more clubs that present irregularities and that did participate in the vote in which Xavier Torres received the support of 52% of the electoral census, that is, that without the participation of these clubs reported the result would have been quite different."

Also the fact that the Association of Windsurfistes of Premià, which presided over Xavier Torres himself, was one of the excluded clubs for having included "false licenses," is another of the points on which the note "Portem la Vela al segle XXI" focuses.

Xavier Torres is accused of spreading on September 2 a note accusing Jesus Turró of having "spread falsehoods, accusations and attributed responsibilities without any evidence."

From there they announce that it is justice that works on the matter and that "we will not accept to be accused of bad practices for defending fair play."
