All of the teachers of the School, the students of the last year and more than 17 military aggregates of various friendly embassies (including Thailand, China, the United States, France, England, Uruguay, Argentina, Portugal...), as well as the various civil representations linked to the naval world, including that of the Royal Spanish Naval League and the Spanish Maritime Cluster, were present.

The member of honor and representative of the Spanish Maritime Cluster, Pablo Peiro, gave a sculpture and a diploma to the Ensign of Fragata Pablo Rodríguez Bartolomé, during the Act of Reading of Criminal Laws of Closure of the 2019-2020 Course and the award of the end-of-career Awards to the most distinguished students, which took place at the Military Naval School of Marin.

This end-of-career award of the Maritime Cluster, awarded to a student of the Naval School in recognition of his excellent academic performance, was established two years ago, the result of the cooperation agreement signed between The Navy and the Cluster. The act of delivery has an annual character, coinciding with the delivery of the royal offices of La Marina and the celebration of the Virgin of Carmen, patron of the sailors; although this year the dates have had to be changed and developed under strict hygienic-sanitary measures for prevention and safety, due to the current health crisis caused by the Covid- 19.

Both the reading of Criminal Laws and the giving of awards and decorations to students worthy of such distinctions took place in the Courtyard of Aulas of the Military Naval School, where the different authorities invited were received by the Captain of the Navy Director of the same, Ignacio Cuartero Lorenzo, who glossed the merits of the students awarded.
