The great surprise of all affaire is to have known that Ramón Vallverdú is a dedicated radio controller... surprises to your life
The "opposition" of Club Nàutic Cambrils has sent to the associates of this prestigious tarraconense club, a circular in which the seven major problems surrounding the Club are reflected, following the appeal submitted by Vallaverdú and Guillén, against the presentation of the "motion of censorship," which has not yet been resolved by the Catalan Court of l'Esport for meeting us in the middle of August.
The current problem points for the opposition
1. Action by the Catalan Court of l'Esport against the provision of the Catalan Federation of Sailing by admitting to the procedure the Motion of Censorship submitted against the management of the current Board of Directors.
2. Written denunciation of the professionals operating in our Club, denouncing multiple irregularities in the port of call with a notoriously harmful significance to our Club, in case of mischief due to them.
3. The problem of demotivating the staff... especially the seamen: ERTE, ICO Credit
4.- Irregularities process acquisition travelift.
5. Irregularities in the elections of the Federació Catalana de Vela that has surprisingly presented itself Ramón Vallverdú, as a radio control athlete and directly affect the candidacy to which he belongs.
6. Storing of the outstanding works and total lack of information.
7.- Failure to convene the Ordinary Assembly 2020.
The capacity for surprise for many of Cambrils' partners has been overcome by Ramón Vallverdú's "show" by formalizing his membership in the candidacy of Xavier Torres... as a sportsman of Radio control!... immediately came the reaction when he was challenged to the Electoral Board... the circus continued when the manager of the federal entity gave the president of Cambrils a certificate in which it was certified, and it is worth the redundancy, that "octopus was a pet"... the detail of the certifications is simply a dare to the intelligence of each other, for its dubious veracity... in the end Jesus Turró as a candidate for the presidency of the Catalan, presented a challenge to the Court of l'Esport for considering that these documents contained manifest irregularities... the case is pending resolution.
The concern lies within the Nautic Cambrils Club, and the clashes are on the agenda. Ramón Valverdú has not been able to keep his social mass together, and the division is clear and clear... perhaps to refresh the Board of Directors and the Presidency, it would be most advisable in these difficult times that they run... and to try to bring the Club back to unity and social peace... a Club that, for its prestige built after many years of work... of many... deserves it.
