Very critical voices call for Xavier Torres to have the boldness to withdraw, following decisions of the Electoral Board

The Electoral Board of the Federació Catalana de Vela has decided to remove eleven clubs from the census that had various irregularities. These clubs were put with a stroller at the last minute, through a series of licenses in which they did not match the names with the DNI of the alleged regatists, which, by the way, is not quoted in the minutes and which is serious enough to do so.

As for the final numbers, this means that the general assembly that will have to elect a president and board of directors instead of 86 members will go down to 75, so in the event that all clubs, athletes, technicians and judges vote will need a minimum of 38 votes.

If last Friday the president of the CN Sa Riera presented his resignation from the Electoral Board, on this occasion Salvador Claramunt, president of the CN Creixell, also member of this JE was excluded from the meeting telematically as also one of the clubs involved, and at the end of it was informed that his club was one of the expelled from the census.

If the result of 13-2 in stands in favor of the candidates of Jesus Turró was a hard chandelier for Xavier Torres, now the deal is final after the Club Windsurfistes Associats de Premià, of which Torres himself is president, is one of the ones that has been shown to be irregularly in the census to vote for him. If Torres was president of the FCV he had to include all these clubs to win the election, it is that he had it very badly in advance, but you have it clear or you are a legal person, you do not accept that these clubs, including his own, are electors. Without a doubt Torres' credibility, if any, has fallen down the ground and is unworthy of a federation president.

The Electoral Board is charging against the software, which I think is hopeful, as I do not think the program is so smart to include for example the Club of Windsurfers Associats of Premià by infuse science because they speak of a "unreliable software."
