Migez and Pardo are proclaimed for the fourth consecutive time Galician Snipe Champions
Marcos Míguez and Jose Ramón Pardo proclaimed themselves, for the fourth time in a row, Galician champions of the Snipe class, after the nine sleeves held in the waters of Vilagarcia. This tournament was organized by the Real Club de Regatas Galicia and the Autonomous Federation through the Galego de Vela Center.
The Royal Nautical Club of La Coruña's legendary San Roque Trophy and the 8th Ramiro Carregal trophy were also awarded to the most regular crew in the nine trials.
After this result Jose Ramón Pardo (Phis) already achieved 7 Galician titles, while Marcos Migez obtained his fourth title. Now the next sailing date in Snipe will be from 9 to 12 October with the Spanish Championship that will be held in Vigo, and that will also be the XV Memorial Cholo Marina.
The second place in absolute category was for the crew of the Nautico de Vigo formed by Miguel Rodríguez de Jesús and Miguel Rodríguez. Terceros on the podium was the crew of the Coruñés Nautico formed by Juan Cajade and Tiago Padron. Also from the same Club, and rooms, Francisco Javier García Tizón with César Herrero, of the race team of the A Coruña Nautico. The fifth square was for Patricio de Haga and Paula González, from the Nautico de Vigo. The sixth square was also for the Coruñeses Jorge Tábara and Juan Macineira.
The immediate appointment for the Snipe class in Galicia will be the 20th Nautical Week that organizes the Nautico de La Coruña, which is a qualifying test and where it is expected the participation of a thirty athletes who will play it on Monday and Tuesday of this week, in view of the Spanish Youth Championship to be held shortly in Almeria.
