Convening and organizing success in the XIV Gadis Regata convened by the Riveira Nautical and Sports Club, with a sports show included in a 12-mile coastal route on the Arousa River.

New faces at the top of the podium with respect to the 2019 edition, where the golden posts were occupied by those who surrounded the scepter of a classic such as the Gadis in the Barranza Region.

With this guisa, the First Ziralla, by Ramón Barreiro, by Ro Yachts Club was made with the triumph in the Division of the most powerful, the Regata, following its wake in the second square the Chispetrén, of Jesus Churches, of the Nautical Arousa North Club. Third was the Corsario, by Javier Durán, of the Nautical Club of Vilagarcía.

In the Cruise / Regata Class he won the Sadamar, from Nito Enríquez, from Club Marítimo La Penela, followed by the winner in the last edition of the category, the Camping Ria de Arosa, by José Manuel Pombar, of the Royal Galician Federation of Vela. Third was the A Pillara, by José Manuel Ben, of the Nautical and Sports Club of Riveira.

As far as the Cruise Class is concerned, it was for the Piko Norte, by José Manuel Castro, from the Nautical Club of Boiro, which so good summer season has been taking place since the competition returned. The second place was for the Arosa VI, of Torres Colomer, president of the host club, the Deportivo de Riveira. And third the Leonciño, from Domingo Pérez, also from Riveira.

The cruise season in Ribeira is a long-range event with the celebration of the 14th edition of the Gadis de Cruises Regata ORC, organized by the Nautical and Sports Club of Ribeira.

The Gadis Regata covers up to 12 alternative routes, all of which are coastal with the exception of a barlovento-sotavento, that is, a circuit between buoys of only 6 miles if the wind was of low intensity. All the others offer a distance that half around 12 miles, about 22 km.

The river of Arousa becomes, once again, an attractive seafront, with its coastal beauty and its islands and islets, which can be sailed in full and in all its extension, passing through A Pobra, Boiro or Rianxo... the horn is planned at 12.30 hours from the vicinity of the Nautico de Ribeira, leaving, in a step and with a difference of five minutes, first the Regata, then the Cruise / Regata and finally the Cruise.
