During the weekend, weather conditions were characterized by low wind and high temperatures, although this was not an impediment for Puerto Sherry athletes to shine during the championship
The waters of the bay of Cadiz reunited a hundred Andalusian windsurfers, in the Championship of Andalusia of Tables, organized by the Nautical Club Puerto Sherry and the Andalusian Federation of Vela by delegation of the Junta de Andalucía.
Curro Manchón, from Puerto Sherry, thanks to his expertise and regularity on the table, was proclaimed absolute champion of the Raceboard class, after winning all the sleeves of the championship. The second place in the drawer was for Álvaro Rivera, from the Vela Valdelagrana Club, ahead of the Danish Buhl Hansen, which was made with the third place closing the final podium.
In the Techno 293 classes, the athletes shone for their good work during the two days, obtaining gold in all its categories. In Sub15, the gold was for Jaime Aragón of Puerto Sherry, with silver and bronze for Arancha Sahuquillo and Blanca Cueto, regatists of the Nautico of Seville, respectively.
In Techno 293 Sub17, Alejandro Arauz del Náutico de Puerto Sherry, was the leader of the table, followed by Lucía García Cubilana del Náutico de Sevilla and the windsurfer of Fuengirola María Cárca, who reached the third place of the general.
In Techno 293 Plus, Manuel Álvarez-Dardet of Puerto Sherry, won the championship with two points of difference over Gonzalo Ortiz, of the CN Sevilla, which had to settle for second place. He completed the Luisa Siloniz drawer of the CN Puerto Sherry.
In Open Foil, the gold was for Fernando Martínez del Cerro, from CAN de Chipiona, followed by Maksin Oberemko, the Real Nautical Club of Algeciras and Fernando Lamadrid of Puerto Sherry closing the podium with the bronze of the category in the championship.
In Formula Winsdurf, a guest class that participated without an autonomous title in play, the absolute triumph was for Jaime Andrés, followed in the podium by Roberto Ortiz, both of Valdelagrana, and Hugo Andrés of Puerto Sherry.
