It has a specially reinforced bow, a structure for a single assembly point with a Henriksen quick release hook, a ramp for reinforced manoeuvres in the masts and a self-adrizating system in the navigation arc. For its propulsion, it is equipped with 115-horsepower Yamaha motorizations with propeller protection, a configuration that ensures an excellent commitment between safety, performance and maneuverability.

The new DR-760 extends to eight the number of vessels that make up the Vanguard semi-rigid fleet of Open Arms, which already has four other DR-760 and three DR-660.

NGO officials explain why they continue to rely on Vanguard Marine to strengthen their rescue team: "The needs of navigation, safety and reliability in the environment in which we operate with our ships are very demanding and it is important for us to integrate new elements that facilitate the team's work to protect life at sea. The path in the design and manufacture of Vanguard's RIBs gives us full guarantees and allows for greater flexibility, efficiency and safety by integrating specific elements needed in emergency situations, without having to resort to third-party suppliers in the process. The semi-rigid ones we ask of them come with all we need, they are hand-key ships."

As a member of Vanguard's DR series, DR-760 is a versatile, multifunction semi-rigid, characterized by its high safety and maneuverability standards under adverse conditions. Its slightly wide V-hull allows a stable, fast and dry navigation, which is attached to its considerable width (2.86 meters of sleeve) providing an extra load capacity. This model offers 7.6 meters in length, is approved to transport up to 19 people and can be customised to the end in shipyard with Vanguard Marine's wide catalogue of original accessories. Its 300-litre deck tank, combined with the two motorizations of this unit, guarantees extraordinary autonomy.
