The Galician Federation makes public the letter of reply so that the nautical clubs and the sector can comply with the regulations safely

The Royal Galician Federation of Vela has received a response from the Government Delegation in Galicia to the five issues that concern it at the level of its own operation, to doubts in the interpretation of the orders of the BOE for the deceleration of the sector in the state of alarm and to questions also arrived from the nautical clubs themselves, who want to ensure the return to the training and the nautical activity in scrupulously following the law.

Thus, the five-page response, signed by the Secretary-General of the government delegation, responds point by point to the questions consulted nine days ago, which is summarized in the permit for the opening of the nautical centres and clubs. "as centres where an outdoor, open-air sports activity takes place". For the RFGV this is excellent news, as it allows both partners and affiliates or federations of these facilities to come, with a prior appointment, to be able to navigate within the province and without a time strip.

As for the followers of kitesurf and windsurfing, the delegation notes that "access to the sea is not prohibited for the development of non-professional or federated sport". The government response does not address the case of clubs without physical installation in an arenal, so it governs for them the time range of stage 1 sports practice.
