The decalogue, to which several illustrations accompany, will be distributed by the autonomous federations, clubs and sports entities
The Royal Spanish Federation of Piragüismo has published a poster in which it illustrates the 10 recommended measures for the practice of this sport in the re-entry into the training after the pandemic situation by COVID-19, based on health control, maintenance of safety distances and hygienic measures.
With the return to the preparation of the federations, the federal entity recalls that the most important aspect is the "responsibility" of each person to faithfully meet the conditions of prevention against the coronavius.
The proposed measures
1. Be responsible and comply with these indications.
2. Train if you are healthy, if you have symptoms or suspicions of the disease (fever, dry cough, shortness of breath, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, loss of taste or smell) tell your doctor immediately and do not go to the next training.
3. Come to the club in a means of transport that guarantees the interpersonal distance and the required time. Put on gloves and mask in the circumstances recommended by the Sanitary Authorities. If you are a minor you can come with an adult.
4. Next to your sports material includes hydroalcoholic gel, gloves and mask. Go with the training clothes on and at the end remember that you will not be able to wear the locker rooms, showers or toilets of the club. Leave all your stuff inside your backpack closed. Don't pile up the backpacks.
5. It trains individually or in small groups under the supervision of a technician, maintaining the interpersole distance on land and in water and the safety measures of the pyragüism. Only athletes who have a training shift should be in the club.
6. You must be attentive to the indications of prejudice and security that they transmit at the club to make training safer.
7. When you finish your training, clean all your material and the club you have come into contact with, hogs, riquets, door knobs, rails, etc., leaving everything ready for the next training group. Wash your hands with soap and water or hydroalcoholic gel when you end up the same as when you start.
8. If you consider that any incidence may put the health of the partners at risk, contact the club coach or worker immediately.
9. Keep the distances of interpersonal distance avoiding tertulia and meetings outside the water.
10. The coaches and anyone else with club functions will always wear gloves and masks.
