Most Spanish sports nautical enter Phase I

Tomorrow the deceleration for recreational navigation begins, in those CCAAs that move to phase I, gradually and in accordance with the limitations foreseen in each of the phases towards "normalcy"
The nautical activities enter the phase I of the deceleration tomorrow (11 May) in those autonomous communities that have exceeded phase 0 of the Transition Plan towards New Normality.
With the aim of establishing the conditions for the exercise of recreational or sports navigation and other nautical recreational activities during the deceleration, the Ministerial Order TMA / 400 / 2020 of 10 May, which comes into force tomorrow, has been published, and that comes to ratify the response of the DGMM to the approach of ANEN to include the practice of recreational or sports navigation, gradually, in the different phases of the Government's Plan for the Transition to a New Normality.
In those territories where, in implementation of the Deceleration Plan, they are kept in phase 0 or in preparation for deceleration, it shall not be possible to sail for leisure, unless it is carried out sportively on non-motor vessels or aircraft (such as sailing or rowing vessels, planers, paragliding, wing delta, etc.), individually (professional and federated sport and non-professional sport), as a physical activity. The person carrying out this activity must reside in the same municipality where the vessel or aircraft is located and the navigation shall be carried out by coastal waters of that municipality or between ports or points on the coast of that municipality or between nearby uninhabited islands.
Visits by the owners, or by the persons authorized by them, to their vessels for safety and maintenance checks may be made provided that the vessel is in the same municipal term as the owner or authorized person, or in an adjacent one. Only one person may access the vessel to carry out these activities and the procedures and protocols established by nautical or aeronautical sports facilities shall be respected at all times.
This new phase, in addition to the activities allowed in phase 0, can already be carried out "recreational navigation," by persons who have their home in the same province, island or autonomous city in which their boat is tied. The nautical motorcycles and recreational vessels or vessels may not be more than 12 miles away from the port or mooring facility from which the navigation begins.
The occupation on board may not exceed 50% of the persons authorised on the certificates of the vessel, unless they are persons living in the same home where it can reach 100%. In any case, it may not exceed the number of 10 persons on board. In the Balearic Islands, vessels and vessels used for recreational or sports purposes by their owners or the persons authorized by them shall be allowed to sail.
The permissibility of individual visits to the vessels by the owners, or the persons authorized by the owners for safety and maintenance checks, is extended to the entire province or island where the owner or authorised and the vessel is tied.
The nautical charter of nautical motorcycles and recreational boats is allowed, by users who reside in the same province, island or autonomous city in which the rental company is located, with the occupation limitations that govern for the private navigation at this stage.
The Ministerial Order specifies that, at all stages, the personal limitations provided for in each of them must be respected and measures taken to disinfect and strengthen health and hygiene standards in vessels.
