In the next few hours, the High Council for Sports will forward to the Ministry of Health a draft health protocol for the future return to training, which has been drawn up with numerous contributions from various sports entities and federations and on which, now, the cabinet of Minister Salvador Illa must decide.
This has been agreed within the Task Force for Sport Impulse (GTID), in which LaLiga, the RFEF, AFE, ACB sit; sports federations such as motorcycling, cycling, swimming, athletics and others; the COE; the CEOE and Cepyme employers; companies such as DORNA Sports; or the ADEP association, which represents many other federations. Today's meeting, the third since the establishment of the Task Force two weeks ago, has been extended for more than three hours.
The CSD has been able to explain within the GTID the content of the agreements reached with LaLiga and the Royal Spanish Football Federation last Saturday at the Viana Palace, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation... pacts that, as is known, have led to a change in the Council of Ministers of the Royal Decree on Audiovisual Rights that will lead to a rescue of sport and sportsmen; and a commitment to the return to training conditional on the dates that, in the light of the evolution of the pandemic, only the Ministry of Health and the Government decide.
