They have submitted the following proposals for the conduct of visits to them by the shipowners of the vessels or persons authorised by them, and this for reasons of basic safety, given the risk that these vessels represent, because they are floating objects that inside them contain fuel, batteries, water entry and exit valves, among other elements that may cause risk situations.
