El que ha sido hasta hace poco presidente del Real Club Náutico de Madrid ha fallecido hoy en Madrid a la edad de 53 años

The one who has until recently been president of the Real Club Náutico de Madrid has died today in Madrid at the age of 53

Adrián Dupuy, you didn't say, "So long, friends." Today this friend, a regatist and sea lover, has gone, both in a Snipe, Selling, 747 or Cruise, or whatever he could float and navigate, to compete that is what he was most passionate about. He also left a president who gave it all for his club: Real Club Náutico de Madrid, although his heart also smelled with the Mediterranean, from his other club: Real Club de Regatas de Alicante, of which his father was president between 1977 and 1990.

Adrián, 53, has been at the head of the Madrid Nautico, has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Federation of Madrilela de Vela and has held other positions in the sailing, including a member of the delegated commission of the Royal Spanish Federation of Vela, always defending the sport he loved, always from respect and tolerance to all and above all.

His Witch is orphaned, but we have that memory with the title in the King's Cup, in the Tembra, in The Queen and so many other races in which he always provided his particular way of seeing things, but always from respect.

The Spanish candle is left without one of its great vouchers... it only remains to thank Adrián Dupuy for everything he has done for the sailing in the Community of Madrid, in the National Sailing and in the basic sport.
