Marinas de Andalucía proposes amendments to the text of the Law on Ports
The Association of Marine Sports and Tourism Ports of Andalusia met on February 21 in extraordinary session, has agreed to present some amendments to the amendment of the Law of Ports of Andalusia 21 / 2007 that has been presented in the Andalusian Parliament by the PP and Citizens Groups, with the aim of contributing with the Andalusian government to the improvement of this text of vital importance for the operation of the dealers of the marinas of the Andalusian coast.
From Marinas de Andalucía we have been defending the need to end any viso of uncertainty about the regulations that regulate the activity of the marinas, enclaves of increasing importance for the attraction of tourists to the Andalusian community. In addition, a law with a text that is clear enough to last over time and to prevent its drafting from being the subject of a claim for potential.
The president of the Association Marinas de Andalucía, José Carlos Martín, has pointed out that from this collective they understand that the law can be improved and, in this sense, the maximum consensus is sought with the aim of granting even more legal certainty to all the companies that are dependent on these concessions and that generate an important economic activity in the Andalusian community.
The Association of Andalusian Seaports is also working to make this document the result of the agreement of all political groups represented in the Andalusian Parliament, as it is a law that began to be discussed in previous legislatures and whose approval will be of benefit to the community at large.
