SailGP Spanish Team is already in Australia waiting for Sidney GP

After two intense months of ground preparations, the Spanish SailGP team begins its official training in Pacific waters
The "sun of Miró," the official image of the Spanish Institute of Tourism, looks radiant on the F50 Victoria, the name with which the Spanish team celebrates the fifth centenary of the first circumnavigation, thus paying tribute to the nao Victoria of Juan Sebastián Elcano.
The first test of the season will be held on the next 28 and 29 days in Sydney and will mark the start of the SailGP 2020 World Championship, the fastest and most spectacular international circuit in which Spain will face six other international teams: Australia, Denmark, France, the United States, Japan and the United Kingdom.
The Spanish team, the youngest in the championship, has the best talents of the Spanish sailing. World champions and Olympic regatists from all corners of the country. After the first training days, the Spanish crew is very satisfied with the performance of the F50 Victoria.
Over the next week, the Spanish team will continue to complete preparations for their debut in competition with thousands of fans in Sydney's spectacular bay.
After the Sidney Grand Prix, the SailGP championship will visit the cities of San Francisco and New York in the United States, Cowes in the United Kingdom and Copenhagen in Denmark.
