The Comunitat Valenciana Olympic Week 2020 is taking a look at the next edition after crowned today, in Torrevieja, the last champions in the classes Europe and Flying Dutchman, with the local Alejandro Pareja and Francisco Martínez and Pepe Ruíz, all of them from the Real Club Náutico de Torrevieja, one of the four headquarters that have hosted the appointment of Olympic, youth, light and Paralympic classes.

Few surprises in podium squares, both in Europe and in Flying Dutchman. In the first of them Alejandro Pareja (RCN Torrevieja), current subchampion of the World has had no rival and has already in the last test 'left a free way' not completed it. In the previous two, he remarked the pace of competition, achieving two partial wins. In addition, he proclaims himself an Autonomical champion.

The podium has been completed with the Polish Damian Sieczkowski and the Torreviejense Alberto Anton. The first female on the table was the dianense Marina Arroyo, which has ended in the 5th square of the absolute general.

The local couple Francisco Martínez and Pepe Ruíz (RCN Torrevieja), for their part, have proclaimed themselves champions of the Olympic Week and Autonomics, after sealing today two seconds and in the third, with the work done, have not completed the test. With 6 different figures, the Germans Kai Schäfers and Matthias Flottemesch (YCWA) and 13 on the champions have finished the local Ginés Romero and Álvaro Moreno.

The Royal Nautical Club of Torrevieja has today closed the second day of the Valencia Olympic Week in its second and final presentation with the Europe and Flying Dutchman as the only protagonists.

Alejandro Pareja (RCN Torrevieja) of Europe, has again imposed his law at home with three new partial triumphs that leave him as virtual champion... the local regatists have taken over, placing two regatists in podium squares: Mª del Carmen Fernández and Alberto Antón, are placed second and third respectively. The partials marked by them, 3-2-3 by Fernandez and 2-3-2 by Anton, together with the discards and the numbers achieved by their direct rivals, have led to this situation, although the advantage is only 1 points between the third and fourth, square occupied by the Polish Damian Sieczkowiski.

Francisco Martínez and Pepe Ruíz (RCN Torrevieja) have also managed to defend the first provisional square one more day in Flying Dutchman... behind few variations with absolute control of the German representatives, copying the second and third square. The first are Kai Schäfers and Matthias Flottemesch (YCWA), irregular today with 3-2-4 partials, while Shmuel Markhoff (FYC) and Lars Stöckmann (SLSV).

The community of Valencia Olympic Week was resumed at the headquarters of the Real Club Náutico de Torrevieja at the headquarters of the RCN Torrevieja, with the competitions the Europe and Flying Dutchman, which will take place until Sunday.

In the Europe class the subchampion of the World, the local Alejandro Pareja of the Nautico of Torrevieja, has imposed its law by concluding undefeated in this premiere after signing three partial triumphs... the Polish Damian Sieczko is second, while the altean Marina Arroyo of the Nautico of Altea closes the provisional podium.

The dupla Francisco Martínez and Pepe Ruíz (RCN Torrevieja) have had a good start at Flying Dutchman at home, although in the first test of the day they have been overcome by the Germans Shmuel Markhoff (FYC) and Lars Stöckmann (SLSV), who have finished the third day.

The second square of the provisional podium, after this first day and with three completed tests, has also been for another German couple, formed by Kai Schäfers Matthias Flottemesch (YCWA).

The Royal Nautical Club of Torrevieja, one of the four headquarters that have hosted from 6 to 9 February the sixth edition of the Comunitat Valenciana Olympic Week, closes this weekend, to the cycle of regats scheduled by the organizing committee for the Olympic and youth classes, as well as light candle, Paralympic and radio control that took place in those four days and that now has in the second and last hand over to the classes Europe and Flying Dutchman as the main and unique protagonists in the alicantine waters of Torrevieja.

In the Europe class, Olympic until the Sydney 2000 Games, there will be some of the best on the national and international scene. As far as those outside are concerned, no doubt the two top exponents Poland: Damian Sieczkowski, second in the Polish Cup and among the best of the international ranking. He is accompanied by Jakub Micewski, a youth who aims to be the best of the Europe fleet, both local and international.

As for the Spaniards, the great game and which enters all the quineas to occupy a podium square is without a doubt the local Alejandro Pareja (RCN Torrevieja) current subchampion of the World, title he achieved last year in El Balís.

The Flying Dutchman fleet, which was also Olympic until the Barcelona Games 1992, has a participation close to the 15 registered ships, with the presence of the powerful German and British fleet, as well as a wide representation of the Nautical Club of Altea, a club that has very deep-rooted and consolidated the class and has the best of the national landscape. They are joined by the local Ginés Romero and Álvaro Moreno and Francisco Martínez and Pepe Ruíz.

In the front three intense days in which a maximum of 9 tests are planned. The top of the first test of the day on the opening day has been set at 12 noon, while the next two will be held at 11 a.m., except for changes.
