The season of the J80's glazed monotype has started in several autonomous communities, case of Galicia from the hand of the Monte Real Club de Yates de Baiona... or the Basque Pais with the organization of the Maritime of the Abra, or in the Canary Islands that has organized last week the Champions Cup.

At the territorial level Andalusia will focus mainly on its activity with the Winter Series, which will quote the fleet of J80 Andaluza in Sotogrande during the months of January to May, for its part Cantabria has already announced its intense calendar with more than 25 trophies scheduled throughout the season of races.

The Galician calendar highlights the Prince of Asturias Trophy of the Royal Mount of Baiona, as well as the Galician that will organize Bouzas Maritime Liceo and Vigo Maritime Club within Abanca Week, along with the tests that are carried out in the waters of La Coruña, by the hand of the Royal Nautical Club.

Among the high-interest tests that already raise expectations in the calendar is the new J80 International Women's Cup by the centenary Royal Maritime Club of the Abra-Real Sporting Club of Las Arenas.

May will be the month in which one of the two great annual dates is held, the Spanish Championship organized by the Real Club Náutico de Barcelona between 28 and 31 May of the Mediterranean the fleet will be able to go to the Cantábrico to fight the Spanish Cup of J80 under the organization of the Club Náutico de Hondarribia, between 18 and 21 June.

At the international level... the European Championship in the French waters of Saint Cast Le Guildo from July 4 to 11 and the World Championship will be held in the United States, in the mythical Newport, between September 28 and October 3.
