Second day in the waters of Torrevieja, with the wind as the protagonist once again, although on this occasion and after a first-hour deferral on land of just over 1 hour, it has then allowed the two committees to test three tests in all classes, so Laser Radial enters the final series. The discards have also come into play, encouraging a major change in the provisional general, although the leaders after the first day of yesterday, with Alfonso Fernández in Laser Standard; Adolfo Virigili in Radial and Anja Von Allmen in 4.7 holds a further day at the head of their respective classes, in the absence of a day and 3 planned tests.

The Tinerfeño Fernández (RCN Tenerife) has gone from more to less in Standard. In the first trial he achieved a partial triumph, his second in Torrevieja, while in the next two he went from a fifth set to an eleventh. The wind has wanted to be the protagonist in the first day of the Valencia Olympic Week in the headquarters of Torrevieja, in which the Laser fleet has participated, the Radio Control class IOM is premiered tomorrow, being able to complete a single test for the Laser 4.7 and two for Radial and Standard, and that after more than 2 hours of waiting in the race field.

In Laser 4.7, the Swiss Anja Von Allmen (RCO / DRCS) has been a leader after mastering this only completed test from beginning to end. Mariano Cebrián (CN Benidorm) then a final stretch, made the line of arrival, has managed to collide and achieve a work second square, followed by Italian Massiimiliano Antoniazzii (YC Adriaco), while the fourth and fifth square has been for the Swiss Eliot Raison (SN Genève) and the Dani Cardona (CN S'Arenal) ballet respectively. In local key, Antonio López (RCN Torrevieja) has been best placed in the 11th provisional square.

In Radial, with two tests and one of them shortened the tour, celebrating with an Eastern wind of 7 knots of intensity at first and ending in a few 5, the favorites have demonstrated their level. Lara Sabine (RCN Calpe), who achieved silver in 2019 the World Cup of Canada in Laser 4.7, has finished 3rd bound to 8 points with the current Spanish champion of Radio, the Catalan Cristina Pujol (CN Port D'Aro). Calpine has signed 6-2 partial in the yellow group and Catalan 5-3 in the blue. Carlos Altarriba (RCN Valencia), another with podium options, concludes the 4th with 10 points, the same that has achieved the local Igor Marian Kuczys (RCN Torrevieja) being the best home in the provisional general.

Few surprises with the Standard, in which after a first attempt at the beginning of the day and a stop of just over 2 hours, they have been able to close the day with 2 tests. The Tinerfeño Alfonso Fernández (RCN Tenerife) is placed provisional leader thanks to a very good regularity (1-2), which makes him add 3 points. Two are placed the Catalan Xavier Tous (CN Garraf) with partials of 1-4, followed by the Carlos Roselló (CN Ibiza) after signing 5-8, while the fourth and fifth square remain, for the time being, the Lithuanian Martis Pajarskas (Bangputys) with 16 points and the Czech Jakub Halouzka (Moravsky Yacht Club), adding 19 points, respectively.
