Andalusian sportsman and technician Jaime Andrés Castro helps windsurfers from several countries to achieve the Olympic dream

The Andalusian technician Jaime Andrés Castro has returned from Miami, where he has been in the World Cup... but in this case we are not going to talk about his facet as a sportsman, who is and very good, but as a technician. Only those in the world of windsurfing know the great contribution of the gaditan in the Olympic career of a good handful of regatists from different countries... living day by day, Andrés enjoys one of his favorite sports and shares his knowledge and experience for young people to get the Olympic dream.

Along with him and after months of intense work, Juan Manuel Moreno managed to enter the Spanish pre-Olympic team of RS: X, among which now the portuense fights for being the best and worthy of the Olympic Square for Tokyo 2020, something that the Andaluz has more within reach than ever.

He also seeks that passport, although in his case for the USA, the American nationalized Andalusian sportsman, Pedro Pascual. Jaime Andrés has been working with him for three years with the aim of rebecoming the representative of that country. Pascual who just won the Miami World Cup after a 'book' race plays the square with his compatriot Jerónimo Nores in just a few weeks in the world of Australia.

But they are not the only ones to help the technical of the Valdelagrana Sailing Club... also in Miami, the Gaditano attended as coach to the Mexican Demita Vega who managed to win the race and thus put her signature to the Olympic Square, and with less pressure because in her case it is already "the chosen one," her team was completed by the American Farrah Hall, who has been working with in recent months.

"I come back super happy, the team's results have been impressive and we are meeting objectives, I can't ask for more," says the technician, who already prepares the bags for the Australian world where the main challenge is to confirm the Pascual square.
