It was presented at the facilities of the Real Club de Mar de Aguete, the sixth edition of this event that remains true to the principles as it was conceived in 2015 with the promotional intention of the pontevedresa era as an ideal area for tourism, many activities and nautical sports such as sailing during the winter.
This race since its birth has achieved a good level of participation: 42 in 2015, 47 in 2016, 55 in 2017, 51 in 2018 and 54 in 2019... for this edition there are already 40 registered ships.
The same format has been maintained since its creation, that is, it will be in total 6 tests over almost three months and also only on Saturday, so that the participants also have more time to do other activities than that of the race itself, or have easy to return to their own base ports after each stage with tranquility. Even if the six o'clock is held, each ship will be able to get rid of the worst result.
