Spectacular day in Vigo de las J70 Villalia Series with "Noticia" new leader
"Noticia" by José María Torcida of the Real Club Marítimo de Santander was proclaimed winner of the fourth act of the J70 Villalia Series, which have organized the Galician Association of the J70 Class and the Real Club Nautico de Vigo. In total, 20 monotypes with crews from Galicia, Asturias, Basque Country, Valencia Community, Balearic Islands, Madrid, Catalonia, Canary Islands, Andalusia, Portugal and Finland participated.
Excellent the second day on the technical plane, with good assembly by the judges of the race field in the Ria de Vigo, British punctuality beginning at 10: 00 a.m., and a wind that helped with 15 to 18 knots of north-east component. This led to the completion of four sleeves at the midday edge, together with so many on Saturday, to complete the planned programme of eight... so a total of 23 sleeves have been held since the beginning of these Villalia Series.

He held on to the Torcida leadership, but very justified... because he met a Luis Pérez Canal who with his "Aprilos" made it very difficult to the extent that they were only separated from one point... the santanderino took the cat to the water for its most regularity, because the Canal Sunday was better. In the end the eight sleeves were won by "Oils Abril" (3), La Guardia & Moreira (2), "Noticia" (2) and "Solventis" (1)... by the way the Coruñés Malalo Bermudez de Castro was very well on Sunday with a 1 and a 2, the bad thing is that he was disqualified in the manga strip, but would have been among the first five.
Also to highlight the crew of the Royal Nautical Club of Gran Canaria commanded by Alfredo González who placed his "Ono-Eurofrits-Aviko" in the fourth place, ahead of "Marnatura 1" and the J70 of Gonzalo Araújo. Also to highlight among the "amateur" crews veteran José Luis Freire who was frankly well, going up to the tenth second position.
With these results "Noticia" stands out in the general after 23 sleeves. To seven points is "La Guardia & Moreira," third is the "April Verde" that has gone up a lot on the table, leaving in the fourth part the former leader, to "Marnatura 1," being the fifth for the Mallorcan "Patakín."
For February 15 and 16, the fifth act of these Villalia Series, with the J70 of a master of legend, for Germany will be in Vigo, with no less than the world champion Markus Wieser in front.

18 / 01 / 2020: Torcida effect hit that puts in the first square the "Noticia" in the J70 Villalia Series
"Noticia" of the Real Club Marítimo de Santander with the Cantabre Pichu Torcida a la rea is the leader of the fourth act of the J70 Villalia Series, which is being held in Galician waters, with the organization of the Class J70 of Galicia and the Real Club Nautico de Vigo. The Santanderino ship with a first and three seconds, dominates in viguese waters ahead of the Orensian Luis Pérez Canal which with "Oils Abril" achieved on Saturday a first, two seconds and two quarters, in the four sleeves held. The third in this provisional classification is "La Guardia & Moreira" with Gonzalo Araújo to the cane, who achieved a first, a third, a fourth and a sixth.
Day with a generous north-west wind that blew with a fan of eight to eighteen knots, which caused the sleeves to be viscous and very fast. With these results the absolute general of the J70 Villalia Series is tightened further, with three ships in a handkerchief: "Marnatura" of Luis Bugallo who was fourth, the leader of this act "Noticia" and the ship of Gonzalo Araújo.
What is clear is the very high level that is being experienced in Vigo, which is certainly the national, and even international, reference event of this emerging J70 class. To give an idea of what is being cooked in viguese waters, the fact that the Finnish debutador "Revalance" was left out of the top ten, and by the hairs they made patterns of the potential of Sancho Paramo with "Sogacsa," Boronat for the "Leti t be," the Majorcan Luis Albert or the Coruñés Malalo Bermudez de Castro... while the tenth square was for Jorge Pérez Canal with the "Red April" and the canary crew of the "Ono- Eurografs- Aviko" remained out of the group of the "with the fifth day of the Canaeus." For the second Sunday we deliver this fourth act, beginning at 10: 00 in the morning, and four tests ahead.
