The objectives of the PNTD in the technical area are to establish a common working method with all the territorial federations and to improve coordination with them, as well as to continue the optimization of training plans for trainers

The Royal Spanish Federation of Vela considers that the 2019 financial year has been fully satisfactory... because in its view the objectives have been met:

• First country-level World Youth post, only earlier in 2014
• Gold and bronze in the 420 Absolute and U17 World Cup
• Triple podium in the European 420 U19 M, silver in U19 W, silver in U17 M and gold in U17 W
• Silver in the European Techno U15 W and bronze in the Techno U17 W World
• Gold in the European U21 of Laser Radio W
• Silver in the European Laser Radio U19 M
• Gold and bronze in the World Cup of Optimist W and M
