The Alvarzonález Foundation will publish the winning work of the Fourth Naval History Award

Coinciding with the centenary of the birth of Juan Alvarzonález González (1919- 2013), founder and president of the Alvarzonález Foundation until his death, the Robinson Nautical Library has wanted to honor "the figure of the shipping, marine and mecenas" with an award bearing his name. Thus, the present edition of the prize is renamed 'IV Edition of the Naval History Prize Robinson- Juan Alvarzonález González'.

This call is addressed to those authors specialized in naval history who aspire to see the light of their work. The main novelty of this edition - in addition to the reason for the art - is that the author will see his work published thanks to the Alvarzonález Foundation, the publishing entity, which has published to date 65 titles, several of them of naval theme.
