The week of the Atlantic City of Vigo, sponsored by Grupo Nueva Pescanova and Agua de Sousas, will celebrate its twentieth edition and the weight of the history of the fortieth Martin Barreiro Trophy, by the Royal Nautical Club of Vigo.

Thus, participants from seven countries (Italy, Spain, Portugal, India, South Africa, Latvia and Estonia) will compete in the Ria de Vigo from this Friday to November 3, as this edition will be held on two weekends, the first from this Friday to Sunday 27, when they will enter into the Spanish Cup of Vaurien (Spanish, Laser and Italian), the Laser (4.7, Radial and Standard), the Snipes and the 420. The second cycle, from 1 to 3 November, will be entirely for the protagonists of the Optimist, as the Meeting International City of Vigo will take up the three days of regatta.

250 optimist and a hundred of the rest of the classes will participate.
