The Laser Radial class already has its new champions. After four days of competition, in which the 12 tests provided for in the sports program were completed, the Catalan Cristina Pujol (CN Port D'Aro) and the balear Jordi Lladó (RCN Palma) have been made with the national title in the female category and in the absolute general... in sub19 the best Andalusian Ana Moncada.

The fourth delivery in the Manga del Mar Minor has been developed with good wind conditions, of a North component that has ranged between 12 and 15 knots of intensity, allowing to close the day with the three tests provided for in these final series.

Today, with regard to yesterday's day, Lladó and Pujol have exchanged the papers. The shooting has been a little less successful than the Catalan one. The regatists of the nautical of Palma have signed partial of 9-10-13, while the representative of the CN Port D'Aro has marked 15-2-11. In that second test, after signing the second square, Pujol was already the champion of Spain.

The penultimate day of the Spanish Laser Radial championship, which has been in competition since last Wednesday, October 9, and which ends tomorrow Saturday, the first of the final series, is closed with the jordi Lladó (RCN Palma) and the Catalan Cristina Pujol (CN Port D'Aro), caressing the title in the absence of that last day in which three other tests are planned.

The third day of competition has been the best in terms of wind conditions, with an average that has been maintained in the 12 knots of the north-east, which has allowed to complete three tests for the gold and silver groups, applying the second discard.

The leader, Lladó, has not had a good start on this penultimate day, marking a discreet new one. The shooting has improved in the second test with a serious race after a good exit that has allowed it to be in the group above achieving a good partial after taking the line of arrival, making it in the third square. In the third one the regatists of the nautical of Palma has been able to control the fleet and above all, its direct rivals, so that the 6th square was enough to remain leader, even though its advantage over the second one is somewhat shortened.

That second square is still for the Catalan Cristina Pujol who, like Lladó has had a complicated day and the 8-9-5 partials have not become completely bad, but if they have subtracted her options to recover the first post she already had after the first day. Pujol has 22 points for 18 in his locker.

The second day of the Spanish Laser Radio championship that is being held these days in La Manga del Menor is closing and doing so with 4 tests completed, so 1 discards is applied, and defining the gold and silver groups that will play in the next two days the final series.

The Jordi Llado (RCN Palma), current champion of Spain Laser 4.7 in this same waters in 2018, and now in Radial, has had an almost perfect day. In his blue group few or no options he has given his rivals, marking three partial wins and "failing" in the third test of the day in which he was able to conclude in the fourth square... these numbers have placed him at the head of the group in the absolute general and in the fleet sub19, for the moment.

In the Cristina Pujol (CN Port D'Aro), it remains the first female, although today it is fired in the second square, behind Lladó. The Catalan woman has again shown a high level in La Manga, although in the second test that tenth square has not been very successful has deprived her of this first position. His other partials, today, have been 1-2-2 in the yellow group.

The Andalusian Ana Moncada takes the relief to the Calpina Lara Sabina Himmes (RCN Calpe) in front of the SUB19. The first, with good partials highlighting a second and a fourth (Pbs. 4 and 6), is 29 points and is placed in the fifth square while the calpina is located a position behind with 32 points, with its best partial being a fourth in the third test of the day.

These results today allow to form the gold and silver groups that will face the final series between the days of Friday 11 and Saturday 12 October. The absolute provisional top ten, after these two days with 6 tests completed and 1 discards is closed with Jordi Lladó (RCN Palma), followed by Cristina Pujo (CN Port D'Aro), both with 9 points, Francisco Sánchez, 14 points; Carlos Martínez, 21 points, both of the RCR Santiago de la Ribera; Ana Moncada (Andalusia), 29; Lara Sanina Himmes (RCN Calpe), 32; Martina Reino (RCN Gran Canaria); Ricard Castellvi (CN Cambrils); Aina Bouza (CV D'Vo), and Melató (RCN) with 37 points, with RCN, and Melató (RCN).

The first of the four days of the Spanish Laser Radio Championship held in La Manga del Mar Menor has been closed with two completed tests on three planned.

The Catalan Cristina Pujol (CN Port D'Aro) has been regular and with 1-3 partials in the blue group has managed to be first, while Jordi Lladó (RCN Palma) has had a good and a bad one. In the first one worked third place, but in the second it has fallen to the thirteenth place. The victories in these two blue tests have been for Cristina Pujol and Francisco Sánchez (RCR Santiago de la Ribera) respectively.

Among the yellow group, the favorite Martina Reino (RCN Gran Canaria) has been strong and with two good partials 2-3 has been left second. The partial wins in this group have been for Adolfo Virigili (RCR Santiago de la Ribera) in the first and for the calpine Leonardo Collado (RCN Calpe) in the second.

With these results today, in this first qualifying round together with that of tomorrow Thursday, October 10, the absolute general closes with Cristina Pujol in the first square with 4 points followed by Martina Reino with 5, Francisco Sánchez third with 6, identical score obtained by his club partner, Carlos Martínez, while Lara Sabina Himmes (RCN Calpe) closes the table of the first five classified with 9 points. Calpine is the first in category sub19.
