The Gaditano Francisco Javier García Plazuelo and the Malacitan José Manuel Pardo Herrera have been proclaimed in Sanxenxo European champions of Endurance in the Class Promotion, on a day full of emotion in which they managed to overcome the Viguese tandem formed by father and son, José and Yeray Lorenzo, who left as leaders of the continental meeting. In the category S1 it sounded in the anthem of Belgium, country represented by Alain Coppens and Koenraad van Nieuwenhove, which crowned the highest drawer of the podium, which they already occupied on a provisional basis from the first day of the competition. At the silver post were the Kuwaiti Ahmed Abul and Baderal Dosari, integrated into the European in the Open format. The engines roared today in Sanxenxo with the celebration of the first day of the European Endurance Championship, with a given hobby that filled the spring of the marina and Silgar Beach, where the show was secured.

The Commissioner-General of the test, the Andalusian Eduardo Botías, and the European security officer, the Rondelano Francisco Pereira, made the decision to take the ships to sea, and can give the exit to the first manga of the European championship in a timely manner. The Padock of Sanxenxo already houses the ships that will take part, in the European Endurance Championship... two are the tests that make up the program of the European, the Gallego-Xunta Sport Trophy of Galicia and the Special Prize Hotel Carlos I Silgar.

The podium in the Class Promotion category sounds like a Galician accent. Not in vain are the candidates for the gold fight the Viguese José and Yeray Lorenzo, champions of the world of 2018 in Italy and subchampions this year in Benalmádena.

The Catalan-Galician tandem forming by the Barcelona José María Izquierdo and the Ronda Sergio Pereira also points to ways. They keep in their windows the trophies of a European title and a world title.

De Moaña and Bue are Costín Balcal and Manuel Ángel Loira, respectively, who contribute with their experience to try to shape the continental podium.

The Endurance European Championship will be held this weekend, on Saturday and Sunday, organized by the Real Federación Española de Motonática, the Federación Galician de Motonática and the Real Club Náutico de Sanxenxo, with the sponsorship of the Galego Sport of the Xunta de Galicia, the Concelo de Sanxenxo, Nauta Sanxenxo, Graünner and the Hotel Carlos I Silgar, and the collaboration of the Civil Guard of the Sea, Local Police, Civil Protection and Television of Galicia-TVG.

It is unique proof, that is, that from here the European Champions come out of the two categories that will take part: Class S1 and Class Promotion, all of them regulated according to the length and power of each vessel, which can go from 5 m to 9 m with pointed speeds that will range over 80 knots, about 160 km / h. and with a crew composed of pilot and copilot.
