On Sunday it was held in the waters of Gijón Bay, the first of the five days of the Autumn Trophy of the Royal Astur Club of Regatas... in the water were only the snipes, as the other participating classes, Optimist, Laser and Feva were regating outside of Asturias.

The two planned sleeves were held with a loose, variable wind from the North, which rolled between 10 and 15 degrees to the Northwest, resulting in changes of beacon in the two sleeves to keep the path stable, on a day with rather rough and flat sea.

José Palacio and Alberto Suárez imposed themselves on both tests, ahead of Carlos Ordoñez and Leticia Pelayo who were also second in the two sleeves. The two couples exchanged positions during the tests, and arrived very close to each other to the arrival line.

On the other hand, excellent day for Guillermo Marqués who on this occasion sailed with his daughter Aida, and he scored two third parties, leading the fleet in the first compasses of the second manga... the fourth position would be for, Jesus Suárez and Pedro López that after a long season in dry dock they go back to sailing with great desire, being present in all the tests organized by the Club.
