The Spanish group will fight for the medals at the end of tomorrow at 13: 37 against countries like Croatia, Italy or New Zealand
In an exciting semi-final the Spanish combination gets the third position with a time of 6: 29.32 to 36 cents from the Italian team and just two seconds from the Croatian team. This result gives them the pass to the Final A and thus ensures the Olympic classification.

In a very demanding semi-final Aina Cid and Virginia Díaz have achieved third position which gives them a place in the A final to be held next Saturday and therefore their classification for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games... at the end of Saturday they will face Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United States and Italy in the fight for medals.
Rodrigo Conde and Manel Balastegui in a spectacular race have finished seconds of their semi-final, with a time of 6: 13.68 to 38 centésims of Italy which gives them a square at the end of Saturday, as well as their Olympic classification. Poland, Ireland, Germany and Norway will join Spain and Italy to fight for the medals of the double male light scull.
With all these six ships at a time of 6: 13 in the semi-finals the final is expected to be seen. After a change in the schedule, the two without Jaime Canalejo and Javier García will compete in their semi-final tomorrow Friday with the aim of classifying for the final A and therefore get the classification for the Olympic Games.
