International judge Ion Echave will be responsible for the course

The Royal Spanish Federation of Vela is convening a training seminar for judges from 20 to 22 September, at the CEAR Prince Felipe de Santander.

The limit for registration is September 10, and will be allowed up to a maximum of 25 applications... being the price of the course of 180 euros... in which accommodation and maintenance are not included. The agenda is as follows:

Presentation and Objectives
Sailing Regatta Regulations
Hearings: Procedures
Drafting of Evidence, Conclusions and Decision
Implementation.

Unification of Criteria for Protest Committees
