Spain has finished the Laser Radial World Championship at 13 in the classification of countries competing for one of the ten new national squares for the next Olympic Games

Spain will have to wait next year to try again to get the country square to compete in Tokyo 2020 in Laser Radio. The results of the national regatists in the World Championship of this kind, which has ended today, Wednesday 24, in Sakaiminato, Japan, have placed Spain at the 13th of the nations that chose one of the ten new country squares for the next Olympic Games.

The best national representative has been the Catalan Cristina Pujol (CN Port d'Aro), who has fired from the world event since position 53 of the final general and as only Spanish competing in the gold group of the final phase.

Spain has finished at 13 of the countries that chose one of the ten new national squares for Tokyo 2020... now the team will have to wait for the Genoa World Cup in April 2020 to choose one of the two European squares to be distributed for the next Olympic Games.
