The Youth Sailing World Championship is a competition that annually organizes the World Sailing and in which, provided the classification has been achieved, one representative per country in each class... this year, Spain has had representation in all classes

The Spanish sailing team has proclaimed itself a youth sailing world champion in Gdynia... Spain has had a representative in each of the nine pre-Olympic youth sailing categories: Neus Ballester (CN Sa Ràpita) and Andrea Perelló (CN Arenal), in 420 female, and Ana Moncada, in Laser Female Radio, have obtained the silver medal.

Thanks to the results achieved by the national regatists, Spain has imposed itself on the ranking of countries, the Nations Trophy, with a five-point advantage over France, second ranked, and six over the United States, third.

In the female category 420, the Majorcan Neus Ballester and Andrea Perelló, who had recently been proclaimed world champions Sub 17 of this class, have won the silver medal of the youth world after completing a total of nine sleeves in five days.

In Laser Radial, the Andalusian Ana Moncada has also won the youth world subchampionship, a title that adds to her recent gold in the European Championship of her class.

In addition to these two medals, eight of the nine members of the Spanish team have finished at Top 10 posts.

In 29th female, Alicia Fras and María González (CN Cambrils) have stayed at the podium, ending in the fourth position of the general. Enrique Urios and Filippo Binetti (RCN Valencia) have been seventeenth in 29 male.

In Nacra 15, Iset Segura and Max Rondeau (CN Arenys) have separated only one point from the bronze medal. The final classification, in which they were fourth, shows a nine-point difference between the second and sixth positions.

Martin Wizner and Pedro Ameneiro (RCN Vigo), who came from the world champions of 420, have finished the youth world of the World Sailing in the fifth general position, just six points from the bronze.

In Laser Radio male, the Majorcan Jordi Lladó (RCN Palma), the champion of Europe in the Sub 17 category, has been ranked in the eighth position of the youth world.

In addition, Biel Lladó (RCN Palma) has achieved seventh position in RS: X male and Andrea Torres (CN Arenal) has ended up in the tenth position of female windsurfing.
