The Taxus MedioAmbiente, by Alfredo Flórez the absolute winner of the twenty-first edition of the Isastur- University of Oviedo... by class, the Taxus won the general of group I, the University of Ovied- Group Isastur did the same in group II, while in class III, the triumph was for the Espumeru.

Two sleeves were held, being the best of the first day was the GS1, by Fernando Alonso who defended the title obtained in the last edition, the second square was for the Taxus MedioAmbiente, by Alfredo Flórez, followed by the Bullbox, by Luis Noguera.

In class II, the University of Oviedo- Grupo Isastur, by Roberto Álvarez Bucetas was imposed on the opening day, followed by the Orbayu, patronized by Miguel Suárez, the third position would be for the Wanted, by Ricardo Simal. For its part, the Espumeru, by Antonio Bauza, was the best in class III, followed by the Leonidas, by Juan Manuel Quevedo and Ita II, by Pedro Guerra.

The Taxus MedioAmbiente, made a good exit in the second manga and stood at the front of the fleet, winning in the second manga and at the same time declaring itself the absolute winner of the Regata. The GS1, would end in second position, tied to points with the Taxus in the general, but second in the general, the Bullbox, repeated the third square.

The Wanted, was the fastest in class II, scored the sleeve and a second place in the group. The University of Oviedo-Grupo-Isastur with the second position was assured the triumph in class II. The Orbayu would finish fourth in the sleeve and third in the general. The third position in the test was for the Mambo, by José Enrique García. In Class III, the classification was the same as in the previous day, so the first square was obtained by the Espumeru followed by the Leonidas and the Ita II.

At the hand of the Royal Astur Club of Regatas with the collaboration of the University of Oviedo, this weekend the twenty-first edition of Regata Isastur- University of Oviedo will be held in Gijón.

Next Saturday at three and a half in the afternoon, in the waters of the Bay of San Lorenzo, will be given the signal of attention to the first manga of the trophy, a barlovento-sotavento tour of between 1 and 2 miles per stretch, depending on the wind and in the opinion of the committee. On Sunday the test will start at the edge of one in the afternoon, under a layout similar to that of Saturday.

Two or three classes will be established after the registration period has closed, with an individual classification and a joint general, so there will be an absolute winner in the competition. The bulk of the Gijonese fleet is expected to be present in one of the most traditional races in the Principality of Asturias.

The boat to be beaten will be the GS1, by Fernando Alonso, absolute winner and class I in the last edition... in class II the triumph was for the Espumeru, with Roberto Fernández to the cane.
