The Mount Real Club de Yates has just launched its summer sailing campaign, which includes six proposals with which children and older people can learn to navigate and enjoy the sea in Baiona during the months of July, August and September.

Also for them there are day sailing camps, something more complete than the weekly courses, as they include more hours of navigation, both in the morning and in the afternoon, and food service... it is a proposal for those families who find it more difficult to reconcile during the summer and want their children to enjoy and learn in a relaxed environment.

And for those who want to learn to sail but do not have a week to attend the course, Mount Real also offers courses to learn to sail in a day. During a day, from morning to afternoon, participants will be able to learn the basic maneuvers to drive a boat.

For the 16-year-olds, the Monte Real offers weekly cruise sailing courses, also with choice to choose morning or afternoon hours... always accompanied by a club coach, with these courses the students learn to sail in the quiet waters of Baiona Bay and end up going out to the open sea to perfect their knowledge on board the sailboat (Photo Rosana Calvo)

Sailing to the Cis Islands or during the evening are other proposals of the Mount Real Club of Yates for this summer, mainly for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy the navigation while learning sailing concepts.

In the case of Sailing to the Cis Islands, this is a one-day activity, from 11: 00 a.m. to 7: 00 p.m., which includes a sailing tour to the archipelago during which you learn to sail and the landing on the island to eat and make a guided tour to the natural park.

Between July and September, it also offers the possibility of sailing at sunset, an activity with which to discover the keys to the management of a sailing boat as the sunset falls. It lasts three hours and will be offered from July to September.

There are six proposals for the summer season with which the Monte Real Club de Yates wants to bring the sailing world closer to all those who want to know this sport, improve their practice or simply enjoy the navigation through the river of Vigo.
