During the CEACNA Assembly held in La Palma, important policies of action were agreed in defence of the nautical clubs pending the formation of the new Government of Spain

The annual Assembly of CEACNA, the Spanish Confederation of Nautical Clubs Associations, was held on the island of La Palma with the assistance of representatives of each of the autonomous associations that make it up and most of the nautical clubs of the Canary community... the meeting took place just the same day as World Oceans Day.

The policies adopted today revolve around the increasing importance of all new national legislation on port administrative concessions, environmental legislation and that on sports nautical. These approved policies are the pillars of the CEACNA action for the financial year 2019 and that mark the lines of defence of the interests of the national collective of the nautical clubs, taking as a strong point good relations with the administrations of the Spanish State.

The impact of the interpretation of RD 79 / 2019 of 22 February, regulating the compatibility report and establishing criteria for compatibility with marine strategies, was discussed and was one of the issues to be dealt with as soon as the new Government of Spain was formed because of the controversial impact this regulation has had on the holding of sailing races with buoys and on the training beacons of the competition teams.

The Andalusian Association of Nautical Clubs, is responsible for organizing together with CEACNA the 4th National Symposium which will be in Malaga from 14 to 16 November 2019... during the meeting the programme of the symposium was approved as well as the budget for the realization of the symposium... will open the registration deadline as well as the official website of the congress from June 15.
