The Nautical Club of Santa has crowned the new Autonomical Windsurf Champions in the BIC Techno classes, both in SUB15 and SUB17, as well as in Raceboard, while the fleet of RS: X and Formula take away the Honda Trophy Esteban Parres, which are also creditors of it the territorial champions.

In the classes BIC Techno SUB15 the regional podium is composed of Carlos Marí (CN Jávea) adding 6 points, after 1 discards. The second square has been for Jacobo Ruíz, from the same club, staying 2 points from the winner. The bronze has been for Sofia Vedrune (CW Spanish French), with 14 points. As for the SUB17, in the male category the three squares have been for Javier Clement, with 5 points, after adding 5 partial wins and a second place, followed by Carlos Sánchez, with 14 points, both of the CN Santa Pola, and Alex Ortega of the CN Jávea.

In females the podium has had a single protagonist, the French Hispanic CW as it has copped all the podium squares. Natalia Blanquer is first with 5 points, also with 5 partial wins and a second place. Marion Lextray is second with 27 points while Blanca Olaizola stays with the bronze after getting 33 points.

In Raceboard, Rafael Ros (EV Seasurf Patrol) proclaims an Autonomical champion and like Clement and Blanker, he has also achieved 5 partial wins in Santa Pola. The podium has been completed with Salvador Mariano Pastor (CN Santa Pola) and Marc Leutscher (RCR Alicante).

In the RS: X and Formula classes, the winner of the Honda Esteban Parres Grand Prix was Jorge Aranzueque (CN Santa Pola) and Alfonso Tertre (CN Serrunas).

La regata ‘abierta’ está organizada por el náutico de Santa Pola, disputándose entre los días 1 y 2 de junio y cuenta, a falta del cierre oficial de inscripciones, con cerca de 50 regatistas procedentes de Castilla-La Mancha, Comunidad de Madrid, Región de Murcia y Comunidad Valenciana

This weekend, June 1 and 2, the Club will host the Autonomical Championship for the Raceboard, Bic Techno 293, RSX and Formula classes.

As a 'open' race, regatists from other communities can participate and will choose, along with the local ones, the prestigious Gran Prix Honda Esteban Parres, one more incentive for the about 50 regatists who are to meet this weekend in Santa Pola.

A large and high quality fleet in the four classes in the region of Bajo Vinalopó, with the presence of the best of the speciality from Castilla - La Mancha, Community of Madrid, Region of Murcia and Community of Valencia. The BIC Techno 293 class, in its three categories, is the largest number of registered. The Formula and Raceboard classes also stand out.
