A 3rd of Moncada in the first test against a 1st of Antonio Coronilla (CN El Trocadero) with the second at the hands of the Russian Krutskikh left everything pending from the last sleeve. Not even the rents were worth to Moncada at that time and needed to win the last sleeve to confirm his victory finally did and with a third of Coronilla and another second of Russian, he returned to the first place in a definitive way to win the absolute and the autonomous cup with one and three points of rent on the visitor and the village, second and third, respectively. As expected, the absolute victory is confirmed at the hands of the French Lucie Belbeoch, untreatable in the Gaditana Bay, winning all the evidence in which she has taken part as in the last decision not to participate. The autonomous podium with Lamadrid and Carracedo is completed by the young Blanca Medina, of the CN Puerto Sherry, from the eighth absolute place.

Manchón wins the absolute and closes the 2016 season as the creditor of the last championship of Andalusia to be decided.
29 / 12 / 2016: The Andalusian Olero and Moncada, more leaders in the absence of a day in Cadiz
Wind and emotion went up together in the second round of the XIII New Year's Regata, VIII Memorial Kim Lytghoe, which was disputed over two and three tests for laser disciplines and tables, respectively, very hard tests in all cases that needed an extra effort from the fleet. In the two areas of race in which the bay of Cadiz is divided to distribute to the participants were today measured rachas of 23 / 24 knots of intensity, with an average maintained in 18 / 20 that allowed to advance in the program to leave the appointment pending a last day that is decisive to solve in almost all cases.

In view of this last day, the extreme equality in many of the podiums at stake makes the quinquielas very complicated. Starting with the classes where the leaders are in the hands of the hosts, this second day is worth to the Andalusian Manuel Olero (RCN of El Puerto de Santa María) and Miguel Moncada (CN Sevilla) to solve from their side the two empates in the leadership of the Laser 4.7 and Laser Radial classes to which they arrived after the first day. Although they still do not ensure triumph, they do have a little easier. In 4.7, Oillero is worth a first and a fourth, which together with the appearance of the first discard that lets him get rid of another fourth, allows him to put two points away with his club partner Curro Pavón, who discards a fourth and validates a third and endangers the second place by renting only one point to the canary Maria Mateo Ferragut, the third absolute and first female. At the podium doors with three more points, there is the other partial winner of the day next to Olero, the regatist of the CN El Trocadero de Puerto Real, Javier Torres, which issues with the fifth classified and also regatist of the RCN of El Puerto de Santa María, Ivan Lopez Menchero. For his part, Eva, the latter's sister, follows the second female after the canary but drops one post to the tenth absolute.
In the case of Moncada on Radio, another victory and a 3rd today, and the discard of its worst partial (a 4th), allows the athlete of the Spanish nautical to break equality and put a point of distance between him and the Russian Krutskikk. The other protagonist of the day for victory was the regatist of the CN El Trocadero, Antonio Coronilla, who won a test and was 4th in the next to stay in the third absolute position. Very open also this provisional podium with the three athletes in just three points. There are no changes between the females, with the Finnish Monika Mikkola first and fourth absolute, and the regatist of the Nautico Sevilla, Ana Moncada, third female, ninth absolute and leader of the autonomous cup in the absence of a day.
There are no changes in Laser Standard, a class in which British Jack Wetherell first follows, followed by Eliot Merceron and Norwegian Mathias Mollat, who unpack and put a point to British Michael Beckett, fourth. For its part, Socrates Fernández, of the CN El Trocadero, remains a leader among the hosts but cites a place in the provisional general in which he is now sixth.
Among the tables, the greatest joys on the part of the hosts are given in classes RS: X Male and Féminas. Among the first, the athlete of the Náutico Sevilla, Borja Carracedo, rises three places to be placed in the third square of the provisional podium, after taking advantage of the discards and completing a good second day with two second and a fifth. Carracedo now issues with the Galician Tomas Vieito, to whom everything happens by giving up two posts on this second day to be now fourth and leave his note pending what he does tomorrow. Fernando Lamadrid (CN Puerto Sherry) remains in the middle of the classification (post 12) where he is his first race with a major candle and competing at all. The leader of this class remains the Belarusian Artem Javadav followed seven points by Lithuanian Bernotas.
Among the girls, the three-second of today of Pilar Lamadrid (CN Puerto Sherry) allow you not only to cut points to the provisional leader, the French Lucie Belbeoch, but also to make a distance between her and her main rival in the struggle for the autonomous cup, the regatist of the Nautico Sevilla, Blanca Carracedo, which keeps the third square for a point with six more than Lamadrid. In stalking the Russian Firsova whom Carracedo will have to watch as he knows in the last assault. Lamadrid also has the absolute triumph at five points.
In the Youth category of the Olympic Windsurfing discipline, the first position is more in question with a co-leader starring the Javea CN athlete Jose Luis Boronat and the Russian Egor Zhilin. The third position with six more points is for the Ukrainian Mendelenko and the first Andaluz remains Jaime Samalea, of CN Sevilla, in the tenth absolute place.
In Techno Sub 17, the port of Aurelio Terry (CN Sevilla) is now a third with a point more than the British Hawkins and seven of the leader, the Russian Akimov. Despite being able to rule out yesterday's penalty, two third and one fourth compared to three first of the Russian and three second of the British do not allow the local to look any more, although it keeps its options intact for the final day in which three other tests are planned. What you have practically insured is the autonomous title, with the next aspirant, his club partner Fernando Samalea, fifth to more than ten points.
There are no changes to the Techno Sub 15 podium where, in the absence of a day, Russian Yana Reznikova continues to command, followed by Belarusian Yulia Matveenko and Russian Misha Aleksandrov. This class today had the participation of the Andalusian and only Spanish, Manuel Zoilo Buzón (CN Sevilla), who has completed two great sleeves, 4th and 2nd, facing very harsh conditions, a pity because by not competing in four of the six sleeves of the championship can only be ninth in the provisional general. It should be noted that in both Sub-class 17 and Sub-class 15 the level of the Gaditan race is very high with the presence of the best exponents in each country. Classification Techno Sub 15. In the Raceboard class the only opposition to the veteran Paco Manchón came today from his wife Maria Antonia Domínguez, first and second in the only trial they were fighting.
28 / 12 / 2016: The wind of Levante accompanies the first day of the New Year's Regatta
The typical rising wind of the Gaditan Bay received on Wednesday participants in the tenth edition of the New Year's Regatta, Memorial Kim Lytghoe, which is held until next Friday, December 30 with a participation that exceeds 100 regatists from a dozen countries.
The inaugural day is filled with the three tests planned for all classes, enlivened by intensities above the fifteen knots in the two areas of regatta, roaring the twenty knots in the case of the Laser Standard, Laser Radial and Laser 4.7, led by officer Rafael Serrano, and with the top in the 18 knots in the area of the Techno, RS: X and Raceboard tables, organized in front of the harbour beach of Valdelagrana by a team led by Carlos Muñoz Villareal.

Visitors and hosts share the first leaders in the different classes with a first game that seems to win the first, although in all cases the host fleet keeps the options intact for two more days and six tests for the final end.
The regatists of the RCN of El Puerto de Santa María, Manuel Olero and Curro Pavón are placed in the head of the class Laser 4.7 with a tie to points that is resolved on the side of the first by winning the third and last test of the day. Before that, he scored a 4th and a 1st against a 1st, a 3rd and a 2nd of his club partner. The third position with two more points is for the canaria María Mateo Ferragut, 3rd, 2nd and 3rd, with the first female host, also the sportsman of the harbour nautical Eva López Menchero, in the ninth absolute position.
Local domain also in the Laser Radial Male class (like the Standard with the autonomous cup in play) of the hand of Miguel Moncada (CN Sevilla), which premiered with two 1 and a 4th to command in the co-lead that starring Russian Krutskikk, creditor of the other victory of the day. With only two more points than both is the athlete of the CN El Trocadero, Antonio Coronilla, and at the podium doors the first female, the Finnish Monika Mikkola. In liza by the female title is the regatist of the Nautico Sevilla, Ana Moncada, who for the moment is third in this war and ninth absolute.
Foreign domain at Laser Standard, with British Jack Wetherell in the head with two 1 and a 2, followed by four more points by the Eliot Merceron, who won the other test and added a 4th and a 3rd in the other two. With one more point, the Norwegian Mathias Mollat and British Michael Beckett, third and fourth, are tied in the fourth and fifth place. The first Spanish is Andalusian, the regatist of the CN El Trocadero, Socrates Fernández, which is fifth but with almost ten points more than its predecessors on the table.
The first leaders in the Techno and RS classes are also in the hands of visitors: X. Starting with the first, in Sub 15, without Spanish participation today, the Russian Yana Reznikova dominates, followed by Belarusian Yulia Matveenko and Russian Misha Aleksandrov. Between the first two were distributed the so many of this first day with two at the hands of the Russian. In Sub 17, a penalty for a formalism on the ground is for the moment apace of the leadership to the harbour Aurelio Terry (CN Sevilla), second with two points more than the provisional leader, the Russian Artem Akimov. Terry won two tests and scored a second on the other side in front of two-second and one-first of the Russian, but that inopportune penalty forces him to wait for the discard and to continue to look to head. The third temporary post is for the British Finn Hawkins, who was also penalized with three points for the same lack after scoring three 3rd at sea.
In RS: X the provisional leaders are the Belarusian Artem Javadav and the French Lucie Belbeoch, imbeciles in Male and Féminas, respectively, while in Juveniles the first leader is Javea's athlete, Jose Luis Boronat. In the Male fleet the second place is for the Galician Tomas Vieito who today won the first pulse with Lithuanian Bernotas and Russian Askerov for the second square, the three athletes are very equal so that tomorrow will be a decisive day. The first Andalusian and aspirant to the autonomous cup is Borja Carracedo (CN Sevilla) from the sixth absolute square, while Fernando Lamadrid (CN Puerto Sherry) is located in the tenth second place in its first sailing race and top category.
Second place among the girls for her sister Pilar Lamadrid, who managed to support the gala in two tests, scoring a sixth in the next one. The young girl of the CN Puerto Sherry has as the main rival of the autonomous cup to Blanca Carracedo (CN Sevilla) that follows her in the third absolute position with the same score. Interesting duel that opens between the two for the local title and in the assault to the absolute. In the juvenile category, the first Andalusian is Jaime Samalea, of the CN Sevilla, which is located tenth after this first assault in the Gaditana Bay.
To analyze the Raceboard class you will have to wait for the second day as today you sailed alone next to the fleet of RS: X the veteran Paco Manchón.
After the day at sea, the fleet was greeted with a marine meal at Casa Ricardo restaurant in Puerto Sherry. Tomorrow Thursday, second round with three other tests from 11: 00.
