Javier García and Jaime Canalejo, in 2- male, achieve the bronze medal only behind Croatia, current world champions, and Romania. Manel Balastegui and Rodrigo Conde achieve a great result by finishing rooms in this European Championship less than three seconds from the medals, becoming a boat to take into account in the coming world dates.

The National Absolute Remo Team is already in Lucerne (Switzerland) to participate in the European Championship, which is held from May 31 to June 2. In fact, the Spanish team presents 20 athletes in 9 different ways, a success of participation in recent years... in total, the Absolute European Championship will bring together 587 athletes from 36 countries.

In a year of Olympic classification, Javier García and Jaime Canalejo are again the main medal option, especially after the bronze medal obtained at the World Cup 3 weeks ago.

The Spanish Federation of Remo also recommends to be attentive to the participation of 2 female Aina Cid and Virginia Diaz, 4-male Jaime Lara, Ismael Montes, Jon Carazo and Marco Sardelli, and 2x light Manel Balastegui and Rodrigo Conde. They all achieved final positions in the World Cup, which is estimated to be a similar result in this competition.
