The Canido Maritime Club put the gold brooch to the twenty-third edition of the Primavera Regata - 50 Anniversary, after two summer days where the wind, the good sea, an extra-odinary temperature and the great sportsmanship of the more than 100 regatists convened this weekend in the Ria de Vigo.

For the Optimist and Radial classes, the Spring Regata had a luxury podium in the first of the modalities, the one intended for the children's classes, with an unbeatable Pablo Rodríguez Trillo, of the Royal Natic Club of Rodeira, which did not give truce from the first day. The language closed its participation with four points. He followed him at the Mencía Casas podium of the Real Club Náutico de Sanxenxo, with 9 points, completing the drawer in the third step, Adriana Pérez-Canal, of the Club Marítimo de Canido.

In the Laser Standard, which also brought together the Master, the Pontevedrés Javier Echavarrí, of the Real Club Náutico de Madrid, was made with the triumph with 5 points, followed by his brother Carlos, also the nautical Madrid, with 8 points, being third Denís Rodríguez, of the Royal Galician Federation of Vela, with 10 points. Javier was also doing the award for the best master.

The Radials had a female name in the golden scepter, with the viguesa established in A Coruña, Irene Rodríguez, from the Royal Nautical Club, which took the general with 4 points, that is, unbeatable, as there was dismissing the worst place and was another first. The second square took Portuguese flag, with Jorge Ferrer in the silver, representing the Sporting Club Porto, with 11 points. Third was another Spanish flag, under the grympola of the Club Marítimo de Canido, Carolina Iglesias, which received 13 points.

Finally, in the youth of the Radio, the 4.7, was another member of the Club de Canido the winner, Pedro Fernández Sacristan, who pointed out in his there were only three points, equating in partial results the Coruñesa representative of the Radio. Rubén Cabral, from Real Club Nautico de Vigo, was second with 8 points, being third Marta Torres, from Club Nautico Deportivo de Riveira, with 10 points.

Opening day of the Spring of Light Sailing Regatta organized by the Canido Maritime Club, within the events commemorating its 50th anniversary... to which was added a northwest of 15 knots that caused an exceptional day of regatta, in the incomparable era of Vigo... the only one but the wind fell down in the middle of the afternoon and allowed only one sleeve of the optimist class and two of laser.

Among the optimist, the Nautico Rodeira language, Pablo Rodríguez Trillo, was made with the general leadership. The second provisional square was awarded by the regatist of the Maritime Club of Canido, Adriana Pérez-Canal, being the third for another regatist of Canido, Mario Soares.

In Laser Standard the first place is for the Pontevedrés Carlos Echavarri, who sails through the Real Club Nautico in Madrid, with 3 points. In the Radial, the vineyard is located in the herculine city, Irene Rodríguez, of the Royal Nautical Club of La Coruña, with 2 points. It is followed by Luís Quintela, from the Royal Galician Federation of Vela, with 4 points. And the third is the lush Jorge Ferrer Sa Oliveira, of the Sport Club Porto. The twenty-third edition of the Spring Regata (ex-Iberian Granitos), lived today at the headquarters of its organizing club: the Maritimo de Canido, its official presentation... in which the news for this year was announced: they will compete optimist, the three categories of laser... as well as one of laser master... the competition this weekend in the waters of the river of Vigo, in front of the National Park of the Atlantic Iles, the legendary and idyllic "Sica Islands" of the legions of Julio César...

Those hired to this effect, of the maximum guarantees: Juan José Durán as chief officer of the race, Manuel Rodríguez Moreno "Litos" as referee and judge, and the task of the arrivals for a very solvent judge, as is Alfredo Fernández... completes the team Emilio Méndez as director of the race.

The forecast is for a total of six sleeves (three on Saturday and three on Sunday)... to be held in two race fields very close to the beach of Samil... the first exit will be for the laser class, at the edge of the two at least quarter of the afternoon; and at 30 minutes the optimist will begin their competition.

Confirmed that there will be more than a hundred ships from the communities of Cantabria, Asturias, Madrid and Galicia, as well as from Portugal... good work of the Maritimo Canido (which has celebrated its 50th anniversary this year); that despite not having a potential sponsor this year, it has not let die its emblematic spring regatta.
