Published the RD 238 / 2019 establishing the admissions attached to the nautical degrees and updating the safety measures in the use of the nautical motorcycles

Yesterday the first of May was published in the Official Gazette of the State on the RD 238 / 2019 of 5 April, which provides for the accreditation of nautical degrees for the government of recreational boats and updates the safety measures in the use of nautical motorcycles.
