Once again the Congress will serve to express the joint voice of a sector whose importance is not fully known to Spanish society.

The Royal Spanish Naval League and the Spanish Maritime Cluster organize the Fourth National Maritime Congress, which will address the reality of the Spanish maritime sector, as well as its most immediate future.

The Fourth Congress marks a line of continuity with respect to previous congresses, held in Santander in 2014 and Cartagena in 2016, and seeks to give greater visibility to the maritime sector, calling for the creation of a maritime awareness in Spain that will serve as a dynamic economic element through all the actors involved... is the only one that brings together all the areas of the maritime sector in Spain in a global way.

Objectives of the Fourth

1. To address challenges and opportunities in our maritime sector and to highlight its role as an engine of economic growth in our country.
2. To provide a global view of the Spanish maritime sector and the main developments on it.
3. The preparation of a "Notebook of Conclusions" will be submitted to the Government, political parties, the press and maritime associations, taking up the conclusions of the Congress.
