The sevillana Blanca Manchón will represent the Spanish windsurfing in Tokyo 2020

The Sevillian will compete for the second time in an Olympic Games... their first participation was in Athens 2004
The Andalusian Blanca Manchón has been appointed by the Olympic Preparation Committee of the Royal Spanish Sailing Federation to participate in the RS: X female class at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. In the absence of the Executive Committee and the COE Olympic Federations Board approving the final Spanish Olympic team... it will be Manchón's second participation in a few Games... his first Olympic experience was in Athens 2004, when he was 17, where he was eighth and won an Olympic diploma.
The Manchón itself was the one who during the Olympic sailing world championship held last summer in Aarhus, Denmark, won the country square for women's windsurfing at the end of the competition in the 19th position. Now, after winning the Andalusian Olympic Week, and being ninth in the RS: X European Championship, and best Spanish representative, (evidence designated as qualifiers and observation to choose the national RS: X female representative in Tokyo 2020) has been made with the nominal square to rematch an Olympic Games.
RS National Coach X: Female, Federico Esposito, and RFEV Olympic Preparedness Director, Aier Fernández, made a report in favor of Blanca Manchón as a candidate to represent the country in Tokyo 2020. This proposal was studied and accepted by the Olympic Preparation Committee chaired by RFEV's sports vice president, Joaquín González Devesa.
Blanca Manchón was born in Seville on March 6, 1987, will be in Tokyo 33 years old
