On the final sides of the seventh and final trial, Noticia and Forty Five were playing the championship; the one who ended up in front of the other would win. To get to this point Forty Five of Luís Martínez Doreeste, who left as a third in the provisional general, had carried out a great deal of work winning the first three tests of Sunday, while Noticia of Luis Martín Cabiedes would end two times third and second in the remaining one, so that they began the fourth test of the day tied to points.

05 / 04 / 2019: Championship of Catalonia of J70 that will have "arbitration" in Barcelona

The Real Club Náutico of Barcelona is in charge of organizing this first edition of the Catalan Championship of the single type J70. The race, which will have a maximum of eight tests, will be held in waters in front of the port of Barcelona these next Saturday and Sunday and, as a novelty, will have arbitration in the water to resolve the possible protests among the participants... a novelty that is not in the viguese waters, the other focus of the monotype of fashion at international level, the J70... in Vigo is absolutely normal and daily since its launch that the J70 are arbitrary...

One of the favorites is Nautic Scale 3 by Gerard Marín, recent vice champion of the II Barcelona Winter Series RCNB. Also the canary Forty Five of Luís Martínez Doreste, third classified in the said race. Among the participating ships is the presence of Bribón - Movistar of Marc de Antonio who has normally competed in J80, Noticia de Luís Martín Cabiedes, of RCN of Barcelona, which will have the champion Rayco Tabares and Ruben Castels on board, while Tenaz of Pablo Garriga will regatta with Alejandro Muscat, champion of the Olympic class Finn.

Spirit of Alginet by Gabriel Mariani, representing the Yacht Club Argentino and Serius Fun by Royal Thames Yacht Club by Marck Lees, are two other serious competitors.
