New concessions in the restoration section of the Nàutic Cambrils Club

Ramón Vallverdú is aware and with full to certain, by the way, that the restoration section is vital in a modular nautical installation such as the Club de Cambrils
The president of the Nàutic Cambrils Club, Ramon Vallverdú, has signed the exploitation concession of the Náutic Club and Barlovento restaurant with its two new restorators. The duration of the contract is about 6 months, when the redesign of the Club's buildings is scheduled to begin.
The firm has been held in the Capitan Building... on the one hand, the Club restaurant is being exploited by the restaurant Xavier Fernández, a professional chef formed at the Bellart School of Kitchen in Barcelona. According to Fernández, his kitchen will offer a gastronomic proposal in accordance with the tradition of the municipality and with a touch of author. "Respect for the product km 0 and fresh with a strong marine tradition; this will be the new gastronomic proposal of the Club," holds the new restorer.
On the other hand, the Barlovento is managed by Josep Bach and Dolores Rom, the current owners of the L'Orangerie de Clos Barenys and the El Pati de Cambrils Group. The activity of this space, open to the public, will always be linked to the set of actions planned at the School of Sailing, races and the nautical activities of the summer that each year hosts the Club.
Both facilities, which are in the process of remodeling and adapting to face the new season, will be operational and open to the public before Easter. The president of the Nautical Club, Ramon Vallverdú, maintains that the signing of the two new concession contracts, both from the restaurant and from Barlovento, before the Easter holiday are a key and angular piece by the Club, an engine to start the new season and to offer the partners, as well as the other visitors and neighbors of the municipality, a first level gastronomic offer.
