Better late than never... ANAVRE officially recognizes that they were used by the Citizens party before the Andalusian elections... the complaints that were heard by the orange party have remained on wet paper... of course ANAVRE sinned of innocence!

ANAVRE- Andalusia sends us the following information note:

The much-announced "change" for the new government of the Junta de Andalucía has been of no use, at least in dealing with the issues of the "nautical of recreation."

To begin with, and despite the many complaints made by hundreds of Andalusian people who were affected by the injustices that were committed in the fourth call in 2018, complaints that were endorsed by schools and associations, the responses to the replenishment resources have been to send a copy of those of the Qualifying Court which since Anavre, we do not understand that the appeal was not addressed to the said Court but to the Director of the Andalusian Institute of Sport.

The situation is further exacerbated by the publication of the resolution for the calls for 2019, where they again fail to comply with the provisions of the RD / 875 / 2014 of 10 October as regards the
requirements for access to Yacht Patrons and Yacht Captains.

However, the situation is further aggravated, when on 13 March the lists of admitted and unadmitted for the first call of 2019 are published when they appear on the lists of unadmitted persons because they do not submit the required qualification.

However, these persons have the required qualifications requested of the Board, and the Board itself has to provide them, in clear breach of the principles that must be laid down in the administrative law referred to in Law 40 / 2015 of 1 October 2015 on the legal regime of the public sector and more specifically in its article 3, as well as in article 103.1 of the Spanish Constitution.

Since ANAVRE we have sent letters of complaints, without the new political offices having been disturbed or even responded to for the time being, so we advise that all Andalusians have the possibility to avoid going to the calls of Andalusia and to do so in the autonomous communities that if they comply with the legislation in force, including Madrid or Ceuta.
