Pep Estray and Naiara Fernández de Bobadilla, both regatists of the Nàutic S'Arenal Club, have been proclaimed champions of the Illes Balears Trophy of Bic Techno 293 held at the CMSAP of Ca'n Pascla.
In addition, the regatists Xicu Ferrer and Zoe Fernández de Bobadilla have been subchampions of the sub-17 category, while their teammates Bernat Tomás and Nicole Havanga have finished in fourth position.
The race, which began last Friday in the waters of Palma Bay, has been held in bad weather conditions during the three days of competition.
The Friday day was held in low wind conditions, about 6 knots, and did not start until 15 hours. While the Saturday day was worse, it could not begin until 17 hours, which caused only one sleeve to be made.
As for today's day, Sunday, it has not been very different from yesterday's, although the wind has entered at 15 hours allowing the organization of the race to perform two sleeves.
