The Optimist Spain class, already looks at its three national quotes of 2019, two of which are valid for setting up national teams for European and World championships. After the class assembly and the official approval of the race calendar by the Real Federación Española de Vela recently, the children's candle will have for next year the headquarters of Valencia (RCN Valencia), El Puerto de Santa María (CN Puerto Sherry) and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (RCN Gran Canaria) to host the two Spanish championships and the Cup.

The Royal Nautical Club of Valencia will lift the curtain to the national tests. The Club of the capital of the Turia, which already has experience in hosting national races of the Optimist class, will hold the Spanish championship from April 14 to 19.
