At 10: 00 in the morning of Friday, the second edition of the Enceo-Concello de Marín de Remo Ergómica, of the Abanca Week, in which about three hundred athletes from a dozen schools in the south of Galicia, are taking part. The competition is organized by the Club de Remo Vila de Cangas, the Clube de Remo Ría de Marín and the Club Marítimo de Vigo, under the supervision of the Galician Federation of Remo and its College of Arbitros.

Each school group has a total of 25 students who will take turns every five minutes and will compete for team relays. The last relay is scheduled to be held at the edge of 12.30 p.m., when the award will take place. Last year the winning institution was the Immaculate College of Marin and was awarded a day of excursion in La Coruña, with a visit to its famous museums, in which the Coruñés council collaborated.

For this edition the president of Ibernática, the cultural cycle of the Abanca Week, the Lucense Francisco García de Bobadilla proposed to Lugo as the city of the prize for the entire winning school (not only for the athletes), and the idea enjoyed its approval in the Organizing Committee of the Abanca Week unanimously, is wanted to keep the institutional motto of this multidisciplinary nautical event in its founding parameters of "Youth, Sport and Culture..." the other idea that was the visit to Ourense has been designated as the prize for which will be third edition in 2019.
