The Real Federación Española de Vela informs us that in order to solve the problem detected in different autonomies, where the Maritime Captains reject the titles of Sailing Technician with fixed gear, Sailing Technician with free gear, Sailing Technician with fixed gear and Sailing Technician with free gear, established respectively, in the Reales Decendios 935 / 2010 and 936 / 2010, of 23 July, and published in BOE on 31 August 2010, an agreement has been made with the General Directorate of the Marine, through a new expedition of the Council of the Superior Sports, to the Council of the Marine.
