The youth class Laser 4.7 already has its new Spanish champions. The Jordi Lladó (Real Club Náutico de Palma) has hoarded all the trophies in the male category. Lladó has managed his' marker 'but has also counted on the partials of his direct rivals on this fourth day. The shooting started the day with a 16 but concluded its participation in the Minor Sea with a partial triumph.
Lladó's numbers, after applying the second discard, leave him as first and champion of Spain at SUB16, but he also holds the national title at SUB18 with 19 points. The absolute general podium in male category has been completed by Isidro Codoñer (RCN Valencia), which has had two versions (40-2). It has also been decisive for the Valencian the second discard, which has allowed him to hang the silver with 28 points. The Basque Javier Amondarain (CN Hondalto) has not been able to defend that first with which he arrived on the last day. A DNC in the first test and a 12 in the second have relegated him to the third place of the absolute general.
In females the Calpina Lara Sabine Himmes (RCN Calpe) has been made with the title of Spanish champion in SUB18, a podium that has been completed with Mariona Rahola (CN Balis) followed by Barbara Rodríguez (CN Mar Menor). As for the SUB16 Miriam Sitges (CN Ca'n Pascla), the title of Spanish champion is raised. He was accompanied in the podium Ana Clavero (RCN Calpe) and María Martínez (RCR Santiago de la Ribera).

03 / 11 / 2018: The Basque Amondarain leads the National of Laser 4.7 in Santiago de la Ribera

On Sunday, the fourth and last day of the Spanish Laser 4.7 championship in the Minor Sea is held in which three other tests are planned (Pep Portas photo)
The Spanish Championship of Laser 4.7 in Santiago de la Ribera comes to an end. This third day has been marked by the nullity of the wind, although mainly its instability, which has led to the departure to the first test of the day at 1638 hours, after an attempt about 11.30 hours and that after an hour of waiting in the water, Intelligence was spread over 'H', so the fleet returned to the ground waiting for better wind conditions, which arrived about 3.30 hours. The Gold and Silver fleet close the day with two tests and the Bronze with one.
The equality between the fleet has been evident on this third day, with a new leader, the third in what we have held for the championship. The Basque Javier Amondarain (CN Hondalto) takes over to the detriment of the Palmesan Jordi Lladó (RCN Palma) and the Calpina Lara Sabine Himmes (RCN Calpe), especially the female who have not been successful in the first test of the day in which it did not exceed square 29.
Amondarain has offered two versions today. In the first test, with a justified wind of 6-7 knots on the axis of the 125th, it was able to conclude in a second square, while in the second of the day it could exceed the 10th square, a partial that in the end was to be its discard as until that moment it was its worst partial in the Minor Sea. The Basque, with these results and together with those obtained by its direct rivals, were to rise from the fourth square on Friday to the first of today with 17 points.
Lladó has maintained a good level worse than enough to defend the first place he had in his possession. In the first test of the day it ended at the 6th place while in the second place it was still down a little more signing an 8th. Some numbers leave you second of the general with 18 points, 1 more than the leader.
The Himmas calpine has not had its day in the first test. A 29 left it touched, but with desire and it has shown it in the second test, with a good way out and a very serious race that has allowed its third partial triumph in the Minor Sea. That result fixed the classification somewhat by leaving it in the third place of the general with 19 points.
There's been a dance from behind. The Valencian Isidro Codoñer (RCN Valencia) rises to the fourth square with partials in this final series of 3-5. He is followed by Mariano Cebrián (CN Benidorm), who is down by two points; Marc Sampol (CN Cala Gamba) with 43; Jon Almandoz (CN Hondalto) with 44; Ana Clavero (RCN Calpe) with 45, the same as Igor Marian (RCN Torrevieja) and closing the top ten his club partner, Guillermo López, who adds 46 points.
In the group Plata Sergio Carbajo (RCN Gran Canaria) is first with 59 points, followed by Pablo Angresola (RCN Valencia) with 64 and third is classified Max Dols (RCN Palma) with 67 points. In Bronze, with a test completed today, the first three squares are for Tomás López (RCN Gran Canaria) followed by Paula Figueras (CN Salou) and Santiago Roselló (CV Port D'Andratx).
By categories in SUB16 the provisional podium is composed of Jordi Lladó (RCN Palma) followed by Mariano Cebrián (CN Benidorm) and Igor Marian (RCN Torrevieja) while in females Ana Clavero (RCN Calpe) is first, followed by Elba Martínez (CN Salou) and Miram Sitges (CM Can Pascula). In the SUB18 the three temporary places are for Javier Almondaraiz (CN Hondalta), Isidro Codoñer (RCN Valencia) and Marc Sampol (CN Cala Gamba). In females the podium is for Lara Sabine Himmes (RCN Calpe), Mariona Rahola (CN El Balís) and Isabel Hernández (RCN Gran Canaria).

Second day in Santiago de la Ribera, and not as good as on the opening day. The Minor Sea today presented a closed and grey sky, that mist has not allowed that expected North component wind to enter, rolling to the Southwest which has caused a deferral on the ground of almost three hours. The Benidoran today signed a second place while Amondarain was first.
